Bradysia impatiens (Fungus Gnat)

Commonly mistaken as a “fruit fly” the Fungus Gnat is small and feeds on organic material. Although annoying, these little gnats cannot spread diseases to humans, but can be harmful to your plants. They can spread root and foliage pathogens such as FusariumPythium, and Botrytis.
